Shipping Policy

  • We ship within the US only.  There are some exceptions so if you have questions please contact us

  • The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • Orders are shipped in the order received and typically ship within 4-5 business days of receipt via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground delivery or USPS

  • Claims & Adjustments must be made within 48 hour of receipt of merchandise by calling Customer Service at (714)369-4132 or email 

  • All returns/credits must be authorized

  • All claims for damaged shipments must be made to the shipping carrier

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item. Being a small business we offer exchanges or store credit only.

If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (714) 369-4132 or email info@userfriendlygallery.com within 48 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request photos. A shipping label and RMA will be issued upon receipt of damaged product photos.

*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice

*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers.
