We ship within the US only. There are some exceptions so if you have questions please contact us
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders are shipped in the order received and typically ship within 4-5 business days of receipt via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground delivery or USPS
Claims & Adjustments must be made within 48 hour of receipt of merchandise by calling Customer Service at (714)369-4132 or email
All returns/credits must be authorized
All claims for damaged shipments must be made to the shipping carrier
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item. Being a small business we offer exchanges or store credit only.
If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (714) 369-4132 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request photos. A shipping label and RMA will be issued upon receipt of damaged product photos.
*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice
*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers.
